In high-pressure workplaces, I partner with leaders and teams to strengthen resilience, communicate with clarity, and lead with authenticity, without compromising their wellbeing.
Drawing on 10 years in multinational corporate environments, a Master’s in Intercultural Management, and over 500 coaching hours, I bring a blend of business experience, multicultural perspective, and deep human understanding.
