​In high-pressure workplaces, I partner with leaders and teams to strengthen resilience, communicate with clarity, and lead with authenticity, without compromising their wellbeing.

Drawing on 10 years in multinational corporate environments, a Master’s in Intercultural Management, and over 500 coaching hours, I bring a blend of business experience, multicultural perspective, and deep human understanding.

My trauma-informed and somatic coaching supports employees to:

  • Build resilience and emotional agility in demanding roles

  • Communicate and navigate cultural dynamics with confidence

  • Set healthy boundaries that sustain performance

  • Lead authentically and with presence

Having worked in these environments myself, I understand the realities of fast-paced, multicultural workplaces: the deadlines, stakeholder pressures, and the invisible weight many people carry.
