An ongoing space for deeper development

We meet regularly, over time, to explore your coaching practice with honesty and care. Each session is a space to reflect on real moments from real sessions — what you noticed, what felt uncertain, what you're still making sense of.

We work with the ICF Core Competencies not as boxes to tick, but as a living framework that helps you understand the nuances of what you're doing — and who you're becoming as a coach.

Because coaching presence isn't just technique. Developing it asks something of your whole self. And that's worth taking time with.

Meets the ICF mentoring requirement for ACC and PCC credential applicants.

10 hour individual mentor coaching pack, virtual

  • 10 hours individual mentor coaching virtual

  • adapted to your individual needs

  • focus on ICF Core Competencies and markers & ethics to prepare you for an ICF

  • identify your strength and areas of development in your coaching

  • sharpen your individual coaching style

  • Prepare for the ICF Knowledge Assessment and Evaluation (depending on certification path, the ICF requires you to send in audio recordings of your coaching for assessment of your qualification)

  • verbal and written feedback regarding up to 4 audio recordings of your coaching sessions (about 30 min each)

  • Tipps and Best Practice input regarding the ICF certification process

  • Timeframe: between min. 3 to max. 8 month.

What makes this a little different

I bring a trauma-informed and somatic lens to mentor coaching.

Which means I pay attention not just to what you're doing in sessions, but to what's happening beneath it. The moments you held back without knowing why. The sessions that felt slightly off but you couldn't name it. The nerves that show up the moment you press record.

Your nervous system is part of your coaching presence. We don't set that aside here.

This is also a space without judgment. Feedback isn't there to make you feel small - it's an invitation to see yourself more clearly. With honesty, yes. And with care.
