  • Week 3: Self-care as a Daily practice - I am enough as I am. I allow myself to rest. My productivity does not determine my worth

  • Week 4: Embodied boundaries - My boundaries support me with honoring my truth

  • Week 5: Assertiveness - I am courageous, I am fearless, I am whole

  • Week 6: Self-compassion - I am worthy of my own energy.

  • Week 7: Inner Strength and Trust - I honor the power of my resilience and my light

  • Week 8: Cultivating Community - I feel grounded, confident, worthy and while. I am not alone.
