Mango addicted !

Are you also a mango addict ?


I love mangos, I could eat them the whole day, fresh mixed in my smoothie bowl or dried as a snack at work.


I have a nice recipe for you!


Ready?


Mix together:

- 150 gr of frozen of fresh mango

- 2 frozen or fresh bananas

- 2 tps of yoghurt

- 1 tps of peanut butter

- 2 dattes

- 2.5 cm of ginger


Decorate as you wish, I used fresh figs, a few blueberries, some coconut flakes and chia seeds !


Enjoy this delicious smoothie bowl.
