Make the most of the berry season with a bowl of goodness.
Because they are an amazing source of antioxidants it would be a pity not to enjoy them!
I just took whatever was left in my fridge and created this smoothie.
I mixed together:
- Half a banana
- Some frozen berries
- A spoon of almond paste
- A bit of açaí powder
- Hemp seeds
- Rice milk
Mix mix mix and top it with fresh blackberries, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes.
